I’ve been drawing all my life, for as long as I can remember.
Throughout my childhood, and into my college years. I eventually abandoned my fine arts major for a more “practical” one. But after years in the corporate world, I’ve come back around to drawing as my real, true love.
Decades of practice later, I’m still learning. Portraits, both human and pet, are my bread and butter. I try to balance representational style with compositions that are contemporary in feeling, and to always convey the love for the subject/sitter that lies behind every client’s commission.
I live in Germantown, Tennessee, and spend my days working a communications and marketing job, and my nights and weekends making art in my home studio.
